Bottle of vitamins or healthy food (e.g., orange, carrot, leafy vegetables)

Instructions

  1. Show vitamins or healthy food and explain their benefits to the body (e.g., Vitamin C helps healing).
  2. Ask: How often should we take vitamins? (Every day.)
  3. Compare vitamins to reading the Bible. Just as vitamins keep us physically healthy, God’s Word keeps us spiritually healthy.
  4. Read Hebrews 4:12 and discuss the benefits of spending time in the Bible daily.
